Hevya Nexus provides digital innovation services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile application development, SaaS product development, AI solutions, cloud infrastructure, and UI/UX design. We also operate in-house digital products (AllBlogs, Zutilo, Celect AI, InfuseOS, TractorSpare).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hevya Nexus or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Work product created for clients under a specific services agreement shall be governed by the terms of that agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hevya Nexus retains all rights in any tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies developed independently of the client project.
